In our ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP & ENVIRONEMENT PROJECT we:
- Worked on the first DRAFT of our project summary & Edited it.
- Worked on our Capes Project
- There is a checklist on the whiteboard of the tasks that must be completed this week. You are responsible for making sure they are done.
- 1) Publishing your summary, 2) Finishing Sketchbook Activities, 3) Collect, Gather & Compile Evidence, 4) Publish Your Journal, 5) Work on your Presentation
- Your projects, including your presentations are due on TUESDAY March 27, 2007.
- BRING YOUR CAPES MATERIALS - this is a large & important part of your project!
Today in HUMANITIES we:
- Had a lesson about the MANITOBA ACT. Who did it not include? Which act did include this group?
- Read & Make Notes: v&v p. 187-192, Think it Through p 192 #1-2
- Answer the Question: What was Louis Riel's role in preserving the Metis identity?
Today in MATH we:
- Worked on Percent
- Worksheet: Finding Percent of a Number (milk cartons) - Due Wednesday March 21.
Today in SCIENCE we:
- Handed in our "Fossil CSI" assignments.
- Worked on Planet Earth Unit Review. SIA7 p 430 #2-8
REMINDERS:
- You will be handing in your percent worksheet packages on FRIDAY. You have been working on them for the last 2 weeks. Make sure you have finished them ALL.
- Bring your CAPES MATERIALS!!!!
