Today in HUMANITIES we:

• Did a Chapter 7 Quiz & marked it in class
• Make sure you HANDED your quiz IN with your NAME on it!
• Had our MIDTERM REVIEW - we got a review kit that covers v&v chapters 1-6
• Your Midterm is TUESDAY FEBRUARY 20th, BE PREPARED!
• Your ELA (English Language Arts) Midterm is Thursday Febraury 22nd.
• A minimum of 15 minutes of Review EACH DAY is recommended.

Today in MATH we:

• Didn't do a drill!!
• Handed in mp7 p125 #1-8 (yesterday's homework), & problem of the week #11
• Got problem of the week #12, due TUESDAY February 20, 2007
• Worked on MULTIPLYING & DIVIDING integers
• HOMEWORK: you have 6 days to work on your problem of the week, & READ mp7 p 128 130, & Do mp7 p 129 #1-25 & p 131 # 1-39.
• How many questions do you need to complete each day to make this managable?

Today in SCIENCE we:

• Did a MAP ACTIVITY. What did you learn? We will finish our MAP activity next week! BRING YOUR MAP.
• What does the ROCK CYCLE tell us about all different kinds of rocks?
• What is Continental Drift?
• HOMEWORK: READ & do notes on sia7 p395-401, DO c&r #1-4

ALL THE REST:

• You were given a letter & persmission form about a field trip. PLEASE bring it back signed with your 2$ on TUESDAY February 20th.
• We had an EXCELLENT example of Working With Words today - well done!
