Today in HUMANITIES we:

• Talked about think it through in chapter 5.
• What is a bias?
• The French & British fought over land. What conflict(s) did this cause?
• Worked on our Sketchbook activity.....producing a HIGH quality product.
• Did Writer's Workshop.

Today in MATH we:

• Did more review. If you have questions about yesterday's homework they should have been answered in class. It is YOUR responsiblity to get help if you think you need it.
• Homework: mp7 pg 70 #1-35 ODD ONLY, mp7 pg 71 #2-12 EVEN ONLY.
• You had lots of time in class to do these, if you're not done you should be close to being done. Make sure you understand them & SHOW YOUR WORK!
• What are LCM & GCF? What is the difference between LCM & GCF?

Today in SCIENCE we:

• Reviewed our vocabulary.....and ADDED to it if we needed to!
• Reviewed our TSQ4R from yesterday.
• What is the difference between HEAT & TEMPERATURE?
• Did c&r 1-3 sia7 pg 202.
• To think about: How does HEAT affect the VOLUME of solids, liquids & gases?
• Homework: Finish explanations of what is happening for situations 1-3 pg 203 sia7 (you should be close to finishing this)
• READ pages 203-206 sia7.

• Problem of the week #9 due on Wednesday!! Show your work!
• You have a unit test coming up. Make sure you are prepared.
• Bring back your progress reports SIGNED by your parents.
